How can I buy your product?

If you are a law enforcement or correctional officer, military personnel or private security agent, and you know what you want to buy, the easiest way to order product, is to simply call our Customer Service Team. Do you sell PepperBall for personal defense?

We will be launching direct-to-consumer sales in the coming months for certain products. Head over to to learn more and sign-up for updates on product launch and availability.

Do you sell product outside of the United States?

Absolutely. We have dozens of agencies around the world using our products. However, to sell outside the United States, there may be export licenses that are required. If you need more details, please call our International Customer Service Team at +1 (858) 228-1439.

How can I become a Distributor, Dealer or Agent?

Do you sell PepperBall for personal defense?

At the present time, we only provide our products for use by law enforcement, correctional officers, military and private security

Do I need a physical store location or can I sell exclusively through the internet?

If you are going to sell any of our products in the United States, we typically will require you to have a physical store location. Outside the United States, no physical location is required.


How often do you do PepperBall® training?

We have a calendar with a list of all our current training programs at ( Remember to register early – deadline for registering is two weeks prior to the class.

What if there’s not a PepperBall® training class near me?

If there are no classes listed in your area, you can host a class at your agency. Contact us at 1-877-887-3773 for more information.

How much does PepperBall® training cost?

Our typical cost is $395 for each participant; however, we are currently allowing agencies to send two officers for the price of one! $395 certifies one or two officers.

Repair & Warranty

What’s the first step I should take if one of my PepperBall® launchers isn’t functioning properly?

The first thing to do is to look in the manual that came with your launcher; based on the issue, identify the recommended steps to repair the launcher.

What if I can’t find a solution to my problem in the manual?

You can call our Service Department to discuss whatever issue you are having. Often times, our technicians are able to walk you through the process to get your launcher operational in a matter of minutes. If not, they’ll provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to send your launcher back to the factory for repair

How do I know if my PepperBall® product is covered by warranty?

PepperBall® warrants to the purchaser that our products will be free from defects, in material and workmanship for a period of one year after purchase of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to rust, accident, loss, improper use, abuse, negligence, or modification of or to any part of the product. Normal wear and tear, (O-rings, springs, screws, dirt or broken projectiles), is not covered under the warranty. At PepperBall’s® option, any issue covered under warranty will be repaired at no charge to the purchaser.
