PepperBall products include a full line of system launchers and projectiles for a variety of less-lethal applications. Launchers

SA-4 PepperBall System
* Only available to law enforcement, corrections, and military.

The SA-4 PepperBall system launches up to four ImpactPlus projectiles that strike with 20 foot-pounds of force and release three grams of extremely hot pepper powder (Capsaicin II). That's twice the impact of standard PepperBall projectiles, and with pepper powder that has been mixed to contain 10 times the active agent of our standard round. It's impressive stopping power.

This system is an ideal first choice less-lethal option in many use-of-force situations, including non-combatant military scenarios, inmate management correctional scenarios and law enforcement situations including stand-off, single or multiple suspect compliance, dispersal of gangs, bringing suspects out of hiding, busting barricades and personal defense.

The SA-4 is highly accurate at ranges up to 30 feet, with high visibility sites. A three position safety offers safe, off-safe/laser on, and off-safe laser off positions.

HotShot
The HotShot is highly portable and launches a strong irritant cloud of PAVA (intensely hot pepper) powder that creates an instant protective barrier to disable attackers. Unlike other pepper-based products, which can take several minutes to properly administer and require accurate aiming, the HotShot is the only product that instantly releases a large irritant hot pepper powder cloud disabling all attackers in its path, and giving the user time to get away safely.

Weighing a mere 3.4 ounces, the lightweight and compact HotShot can be easily carried and concealed in a pocket, purse, or backpack, providing the user an instant protective barrier from attackers. FlashLauncher
The PepperBall FlashLauncher system combines a flashlight and a PepperBall launcher in one product. Its bright 100 lumen flashlight well illuminates your immediate surrounding such as the inside of vehicles, rooms to be searched, corrections cells, etc. and person sized objects at target accurate range. Law enforcement or corrections officers can quickly assess situations and, if needed, immediately launch up to 5 PepperBall projectiles in semi-automatic fashion. This makes the FlashLauncher a first choice less-lethal option in many scenarios including room entries, room or cell searches, cell checks and extractions, traffic stops, DUI check points, or defensive tactics. The FlashLauncher can be recharged and mounted at your agency or in your vehicle. Officers can quickly bring a fully charged unit with them for use, and holster for carry. Custom Carbine-TX

This semi-automatic PepperBall® launcher is target accurate at 60 feet, and can create a cloud of pepper powder up to 150 feet away.

Semi-automatic carbine, 160 shot high pressure air launcher. Reverse mounted high pressure air bottle keeps unit compact, tactical. Includes rechargeable HPA bottle. Launcher has Picatinny rail mount for addition of optional tactical lights, scope sights, laser sights,cameras, etc. Works with the optional Patriot 450 Riot Vest for expanded capacity of up to 450 rounds. An optional stainless steel hardware upgrade kit is available for extra endurance and/or use in harsh or marine environments.

Custom Carbine-S
The Custom Carbine PepperBall launcher has been optimized for demanding deployments and ruggedized for enduring service. Its barrel, internal and external parts, hopper placement, and manufacture quality have been optimized to exacting standards for less-lethal scenarios. It is semi-automatic, target accurate to 60 feet, and can accurately saturate an area with pepper powder agent from up to 150 feet away.

You can breach load single glass break rounds and immediately follow with Pepper rounds for vehicle or other suspect extraction applications. The Custom Carbine has a 160 round hopper capacity . Works with the optional Patriot 450 Riot Vest for expanded capacity of up to 450 rounds. TAC-700 Automatic
The TAC-700 launcher allows officers to quickly employ rounds and create substantial pepper clouds. This helps officers to gain compliance in crowd control, barricade busting, and many other use of force situations. Agency set trigger options assures the TAC-700 can conform to agency policy while giving officers the right capabilities to achieve their goals. The TAC-700 averages 700 rounds per minute in full automatic with up to 60 ft. target accuracy and up to 150 ft. accuracy for saturating an area with pepper. It is both tactical and compact.

saturation. Removable magazine in pistol grip holds
pre-loaded 12 gram disposable CO2 cartridge and eight PepperBall

Red Hot Pepper Powder Projectile
Use in live applications. Delivers painful impact, hot pepper powder agent, or both as desired. Unit Quantity: 90, 375 or 3000 (8 jars).

Hot Pava Powder Projectile
Use in live applications. Each 10X projectile delivers painful impact and contains a 5% solution of PAVA hot pepper powder irritant, making them ten times hotter than our standard PAVA pepper rounds. Unit Quantity: 90, 375 or 3000 (8 jars).

Inert Projectile
Filled with inert scented powder allowing user to see and smell dispersal to assist training. Can be used for training or for impact only on suspects. Unit Quantity: 375 or 3000 (8 jars).

Glass Breaker Projectile
Solid nylon projectile breaks glass upon impact, and creates an opening for follow-up with pepper agent rounds. Glass Breaker Projectiles assist in barricade situations for suspect extraction from car, etc. Unit Quantity: 10 or 100.

Marking Projectile
Use to mark suspects for later round up. Unit Quantity: 375.

Clear Inert Liquid - Water Projectile
Ideal for impact only or indoor training rounds. Unit Quantity: 375.

Red PAVA (Hot Pepper) Cartridges
Red PAVA (Hot Pepper) Cartridges consist of a chamber that is loaded with super hot Capsaicin II powder.  Unit Quantity: 2 cartridges.

Blue Disposable Practice Cartridges
Blue Disposable Practice Cartridges consist of a chamber that is loaded with scented powder. Unit Quantity: 2 cartridges.
