Absolutely. We have dozens of agencies around the world using our products. However, to sell outside the United States, there may be export licenses that are required. If you need more details, please call our International Customer Service Team at +1 (858) 228-1439.

If you are going to sell any of our products in the United States, we typically will require you to have a physical store location. Outside the United States, no physical location is required.

We have a calendar with a list of all our current training programs at (www.pepperball.com/calendar/). Remember to register early – deadline for registering is two weeks prior to the class.

Our typical cost is $395 for each participant; however, we are currently allowing agencies to send two officers for the price of one! $395 certifies one or two officers.

The first thing to do is to look in the manual that came with your launcher; based on the issue, identify the recommended steps to repair the launcher.

You can call our Service Department to discuss whatever issue you are having. Often times, our technicians are able to walk you through the process to get your launcher operational in a matter of minutes. If not, they’ll provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to send your launcher back to the factory for repair

PepperBall warrants to the purchaser that our products will be free from defects, in material and workmanship for a period of one year after purchase of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to rust, accident, loss, improper use, abuse, negligence, or modification of or to any part of the product. Normal wear and tear, (O-rings, springs, screws, dirt, or broken projectiles), is not covered under the warranty. At PepperBall’s option, any issue covered under warranty will be repaired at no charge to the purchaser.
